About This Chapter
The patriarch tells the wind family that they've done their work, and that the door of the sacred house is open to them. They're welcome to stay if they'd like. The patriarch says that he's the only person in the world who can lead humanity out of the darkness. He tells them to go ahead and do what they're doing. The wind family invites the patriarch to join them for dinner, and the patriarch says he'll do his best to make sure that everyone has a good time. He's not the only one, however, who thinks that the patriarch is being too generous. He also thinks that it's a shame that the wind people don't respect the patriarch like they do the city lord and his daughter. He asks the patriarch if he can have a drink with his daughter, and she says she'll have one soon. She says she thinks she's going to be three star gold by the time this chapter ends. She's tall, slim, and graceful, and would be a perfect wife for the patriarch. She also says that if it weren't for the wind, she'd be tall and slim and graceful as well.
