This chapter's epigraph comes from a conversation between Dr. Bledsoe and Volger. Volger explains that the three flying knives mentioned in the previous chapter are probably made from a type of crystal called "tianyi divine" , which is a kind of magical substance that can only be used by an "Attributeless Person" . The only problem with this crystal, however, is that no one can use it to create flying knives. The price of the three knives is too high for the divine family to sell them, so they're going to have to use elixirs to make them useful again.
