In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, the founder of a new city, who has just returned from testing the boundaries of Heaven and Earth. He tells the vice-principal of the new city that he has successfully subdued the thundergod's sword, and that his soul is now attached to the sword. He asks the vice principal to keep a secret that he and the founder have successfully tested the borders of heaven and earth, but that he will inform the city lord only if he is able to protect him. He then goes to the blacksmith to find a drawing that he can use to construct his new body.
