The city lord says that the walls of the city will not be able to stop the demon beasts from destroying it forever. He wonders what the future holds for the younger generation of demon spiritualists like han'er. Two years ago he was a one star demon spiritualist and now he's twenty years old. He's the adopted son of the snow-wind city lord. He has made the city lord proud to consider him for the post of city lord, but after all he doesn't belong to the Snow-wind family. He says that now that he has displayed his talent, the position should be passed to his direct descendent. He also mentions that the first portion of the demon-beast-array has been finished and can now display part of it's power. He wants to see if the ten thousand array is as powerful as nie li says it is. He points out that the killing array is only a small part of the total ten thousand demon beast array. He asks if he knows how powerful a demon-rank spiritualist can be. He thinks he'll see how powerful this killing array really is.
