It's been a long time since the chapter opens, and we're back in the West District. We're introduced to two new geniuses, one of whom is a "heaven spirit root genius" and the other a "goddess root genius." The two of them are from the "tiny world" , and they've just arrived at the "west district" . The West District is a super-powerful place, and there are lots of powerful people in it, so it's best to stay in the room where you're supposed to be . We learn that the people in this area are super powerful, and that's why the two newcomers are all from the same area as the guy who's just arrived . So they're going to have to learn how to behave in front of the people, too . Okay, so the two of you are going to be staying in the same room as the dude who just arrived, so we'll just call them "brothers" and "sisters" instead of "brother and sister."
