Once the lesson is over, the group heads back to the training ground, where the elders are waiting for them. Young Master Gu introduces himself as a member of the Gu family and tells the group that he's here to make new friends. He says that the family will welcome him, and that they're used to a "freeroaming lifestyle" with their talents. He also says that if young master Gu wants to be friends, he can come anytime he wants to visit the family. The group is shocked to learn that the elder members of the family are trying to recruit the young master to be their friend. The elder members think that young master is the only person in the world with the talent to be a friend to them, and they believe that he has the power to do so. Young master Gu says that he doesn't understand why the elders would think that he would want to become friends with them.
