In this chapter, Caius tells us that he's tired of all the people trying to get in his way. Caius is shocked that all the countries in the world are falling apart. He could have killed the demon lord or someone else, but he doesn't want to waste any more time fighting the inevitable. He tells Caius to stop fighting and to eat him instead. He's warning Caius not to waste time fighting against the inevitable, because it's going to happen to everyone eventually. He says that he has suspended time on Caius, but that his wounds have stopped healing. He wonders if Caius's curse is permanent, but Caius says that's not the case. They all go home, and Caius wonders if the fairy queen and the fairy king are still in the fairy realm. He also wonders if diane and the king still haven't returned from the fairy world. He asks Caius if he could have saved Caius from this pain. He reminds Caius that the fairy kingdom was happy 3,000 years ago, when Caius and the rest of the gang were happy and healthy. They're all together now, and they're going to be together forever. He explains that he can't kill Caius because he'll be eaten by him, and that they have to find a way to defeat Caius.
