About This Chapter
In this short scene, Escanor and the others discuss the "Seven Deadly Sins" and how they should celebrate them. Escanor tells the others that they should listen to Bardolph's poem, "The Table Scraps Dancing on the Wind," which is about a group of people dancing in the wind. He tells them that the poem really got him drunk, and he's going to drink some of it to celebrate the reunion of "the seven deadly sins" . He also tells them about his first brush with women, which was when King Bartra forced him to wear a woman's clothing . Apparently, the holy war ended when the goddess sacrificed herself to seal off the demons, which is the first time we've heard of that story. The two men then discuss what happened to elizabeth , who looked just like them and was with them, and Escanor says that he'd like to speak to them later about something. He says that if they're in danger, then they should come out and talk about it.
