About This Chapter
Eliza hangs in there, wondering what to do. She's sorry that Estarossa is alive, but she doesn't know how to help him. Eliza asks why he's shielding the four demons that stole everything from her, and Eliza tells her that she's not in her right mind. She also tells Eliza that the commandments are the only hope left to her after she lost her grace, and she won't let him take them from her. She tells him that she and Meliodas saved their lives, but that they didn't stop fighting because they were members of the Ten Commandments. She says that even after they saved her and melioda's lives, she mocked them and called them fools for running away from her and the goddesses. She wonders why she wasn't able to realize that sooner. She knows that there's nothing she can do to stop the fighting, but Eliza says that she can't hurt Eliza more than she can read her mind and transmit the idea to everyone except him. He says that he'll do whatever it takes to save Eliza. Van and Gowther will use the opportunity to read Eliza's mind and learn to recover the commands.
