When Arthur asks where he is, Eliza replies that he is in Coland. She asks him if he has talked to the Captain about the story, and he says that he has avoided the subject. He wonders if the Captain is blocking him because he did something dirty with her in the past. He says he will cheer her on, and she will cheer him on, too. Arthur tells Eliza that he will always be his friend, and Eliza says that she has not yet congratulated him on his success. He tells her that he hasnt properly congratulated her on her success, and that she should have congratulated him earlier. Eliza asks him what it is like to let a woman he loves die twice, and Arthur says that it is an emergency melio da . He then tells her about the news that barzard has been severely injured, and asks her if she knows who he is. She tells him that he was such a wee child, and wonders if he is still on. She then tells him about the effects of the curse on him, and how he has been losing his memories of his past lives. She says that Elizabeth is trying to recover her past lives, but that she will not be able to do so for the next 3,000 years. Arthur says he shares the fate of his 3,000 year journey with Eliza, and they discuss the goal of their journey
