In this chapter, we learn that love is a "maiden's power" or "wron" . In other words, love is the power of a woman's will to do whatever she wants with her life. In this case, it's love between a man and a woman. We're not sure what this means, but we're guessing that it means that the woman is in love with the man she's about to propose to. We also learn that the man in question is the captain of the ship, which means that he's the one who's supposed to be in charge of all the ships in the fleet. The captain is supposed to take care of the ships, but he doesn't seem to be doing so well. He's got a lot of work to do.
