About This Chapter
The holy knights have been ordered to keep their weapons sheathed in order to avoid a battle, but they're wrong. They're the ones who'll protect the kingdom, and they need to get more men on the ground so they can do their job. The narrator chimes in that there's a rumor out there that a tribe of savages is invading the south, and the holy knights stationed nearby have been fighting back, but the warriors have been destroyed. They haven't even seen one holy knight yet. They could eat the whole of britannia and spit the bones out of the bones, but chief. They don't have any holy knights yet, and that's because the king betrayed them. The new gener-ation isn't working, and some of the knights are using it to their advantage. The apprentice holy knights are also using it, too, and are growing faster than their fellow knights. There's been a lot of missing holy knights in the last month, and it's not just because they couldn't train. It's probably because they ran away from the training.
