The chapter opens with a long distance relationship between the two girls. When they are talking in Hiroshi's room, Hiroshi tells her that the woman who was stabbed was her sister, and that she was protecting her older sister. Hiroshi asks her if she wants to keep this a secret at school, and she says that she doesn't want to become a "specta cle" for anyone. She asks if they could get married if they wanted to, and Hiroshi says that they could, but that they don't have the courage to tell everyone about their "relationship ship" at school. She tells him that they have friends who know of their "ship," but they haven't come out to them yet. She also tells Hiroshi that she and his older sister had the same crush on each other, and he says that it's immoral for her to pass on this information to her sister. She says she's sure she'll be home late for her English lesson the next day, but Hiroshi is busy preparing for the day ahead. He says that he's been waiting for Hiroshi to come home, and when he finally does, he asks if he can go back to Japan with her. She replies that she can just kick him out when she and her sister want to use the place. She then asks Hiroshi what's up with rui at his place.
