It's been a long time since Hiroshi has been home, and he's happy to be back. He tells us that his roommate, who's a first-year student at Meiji College, is moving in with his family, and that he'd like Hiroshi to help him put the finishing touches on his new room. Hiroshi is a little bummed that he can't play the guitar with his new roommate, but he says he'll try to be nice to his new friend. He asks Hiroshi if he even studies literature, and Hiroshi says he doesn't know. He also says that he won a literary award in high school, so that's not bad. He invites Hiroshi out for lunch, and she says she'll take him there. She's glad to see him, because she loves him more than any other person in the world.
