The gang is getting ready to head back to school, and they're worried about what's going to happen between Ryoko and Tomoyuki. They've been waiting for Ryoko to come home late, and she hasn't been coming home at all. She's been hanging out with a guy who's supposed to be coming home late. Ryoko has been drinking, and the gang is worried that she's having an affair with someone close to Natsuo. They decide to stop by the bar to see if they can figure out who this guy is. Roxane says that she snuck into Roxane's room to look at her planner the other day, and Roxane sees that she has written "S" next to the date on her planner. She thinks that's a sign that she and Ryoko are going to have an affair. She figures that Ryoko is going to be home by the time Roxane gets home, so they'll have to wait until she gets home. They can't really follow her like that, though, because she seems to like to do things on her own. They think that she might be able to get some yakiniku by herself, but Roxane doesn't know if that would be possible. They wait for Roxane to get home, and when she does, Roxane thinks she'll be waiting for her friend, who she thinks is coming home for her birthday. She decides to pretend to be Roxane and pretend to break up with Ryoko, who is also going home for his birthday.
