The storm is getting worse, and Hiroyuki is worried that he's going to get caught in the storm. He's worried that the wind will blow him out of the house, so he goes to work. The wind is so strong that Hiroyuki can't even get out of bed. He has to take a shower, which he does anyway. The guy who fell from the stairs tells him that the power has gone out, and he'll have to go back to work in the morning.
