Rivers tells Rivers to be careful not to worry about him, as he will feel even worse. Rivers says that he can call on the nurse if he needs any help, and he asks Rivers to give him some solid food to see how it goes. He says that some patients will never go away, and that they will never be able to leave the hospital. Rivers adds that he thinks he is going to visit the man in prison, who is still denying that he had any intention of killing anyone. Rivers wants to know if the man changed at all, and if he did, what changed him. Rivers suggests that he go to the prison and see the man, and says that if he even changes, everyone will finish up what they are doing and take fifteen. Rivers reminds Rivers that this is not the time for mopeing around. He will devote his life to supporting Natsuo kun.
