The next morning, Harima and Ju-Mi prepare to leave for school, and Harima asks Ju-mi if she has heard anything about the school abroad. She says that she hasn't, and that it's not her business whether or not a girl leaves school. Ju-mistaking this as a compliment, she asks if she owes a girl something, and if she's wrong, she replies that she owes her. She tells him that she'll go to see her friend, who's determined to go back to school. She's going to go to her friend's house, where they'll have a drink, and then they're going to have a party at her place. She doesn't know what to make of Mi-Mi's nosy eyes, but she says that they have nothing to do with each other. She also says that it was hard for her to see him with Tsukamoto, because he was so different from the other girls in her class, and she put kindness into everyone without a thing.
