The group crosses the river and enters the city of Fujisawa. The group plans to walk 50 miles in one day. Otsuka, class representative, asks who they're going to walk with. The kid says he's going to go with his soccer team, but he doesn't want to go on a walk with a girl. He wants to go to the festival with his crush, umezu, and they'll meet up later that day. He's not going to meet up with her, though, because she's leaving the next day for the festival in the U.S. . He can't bear to see her sad, so he decides to go along with the group's plan. He tells the kid that he'd like to end up with him in a "romantic situation" , and that's why they've decided to follow him to the "ends of the earth" . The guy is bummed out that he won't be able to meet umeyu at the festival, but the kid assures him that they made a plan for him. He says that he wants to spend the day with tsukimo, who is going to America. The dude is bummed because he'll have to leave the festival early, and the kid wants to know what's up with that. He asks the kid if he really plans to leave for America, and he says that if he does, it'll be because of sukamo's "shaken" reaction to the end of his relationship with Tenma. He also says that Tenma left the manga on a "bad note," and he blames himself for that, too. Aww, dude, you're not really blaming yourself for leaving Tenma on such a bad note.
