The next morning, Harima and her sister go for a walk, and Harima tells her sister that he's feeling hungry. He wants to eat some food, but he doesn't have much else to eat. He asks her to borrow some food from her sister, and she agrees to do so. Harima asks what the word "date" means, and he tells her that it means "the rain" . He says that if he were to date someone, he wouldn't be very good at it, but if they were going for a ride along the coast in the morning, he'd be happy. He tells Harima that she can speak her mind to her sister when she's with someone who feels the same way as she does, and that's why he wants to share his feelings with her
