About This Chapter
In this chapter, we are introduced to a young woman named Harima, who is trying to find a way to give a gift to a boyfriend. She is also trying to figure out how to do it without getting into trouble. She asks her sister, who happens to be the owner of the cafe where she works, if there is something she can buy for her boyfriend. Harima tells her that there is no such thing as a gift for a boyfriend, and that she has to think about what she is giving him before she gives it to him. She tells Harima that she is about the age that a man should be giving to a woman, so she should give to a man who is about her age. When Harima asks what she wants, she says that she wants to eat something sweet. She then tells her sister that she would like to eat sabamiso, which she makes herself. When she asks if she can have something sweet, Harima says that it is the last time she has known that someone could not give her something sweet to give to her boyfriend
