In this chapter, we learn that we're in the middle of a "virtual wedding" , which is a fancy way of saying that you're about to get married, but you don't actually have to go through the motions of actually getting married. In other words, you can pretend to be the bride and groom and still look like a real person. We're guessing that's what the groom is going to do, since he's supposed to act the part of the groom in the wedding. But then we hear that the bride's fiance, Tsukamoto, has refused to play the groom, which means that the groom will have to pretend to act as the bride in order to get a shot at the bride. This is a little weird, but we'll get to it in a minute.
