About This Chapter
The chapter opens with Mina and the other members of the gang discussing their latest creation, the black lion mask, which they've just finished. Mina is excited about it, but she's also worried about how it's going to translate to the rest of the world. She's not sure if it'll be accepted in Japan or anywhere else, so she decides to take the mask to her hometown of Tokyo, in northeastern Japan, where she hopes to make it into a castle one day. Mina wonders why she hasn't been able to finish her chapter yet, and wonders if she'll ever be able to help out with the other guys's work. Mina's worried because she doesn't have much time to devote to her work, and she wonders if this is the editorial department at zinemaga, which is where she and the others come from. Mina asks if she can ask a question about how they draw, and the answer is that the new artist, Harima Hario, is "in some senses, thoughtful" . Mina thinks that this means that the people in Toyama think that she is guilty, and that they'd feel the same way if she told them about it. Mina says that Harima has been drawing since she was 17 , and has been doing it for about a year now. Mina wants to know why they're so bad at drawing women, because she thinks that's because they don't know how to draw them. Mina tells her that she can't really feel anything in the women, but that she will show her how to do it in the next chapter.
