In this short scene, we learn that we've reached the end of the first half of the second half. We're now back in the middle of the action, where we're told that the battle is over. The battle is still going on, but now it's the turn of the rave masters. They've just returned from Miel City, where they've met up with haru, who's patched up his arm with rave's magic. The rave masters are all, "Hey, thanks for patching up the guy's arm!" . Uh-oh, wait, it turns out that haru has been using too much magic, and his regeneration isn't coming back. He doesn't want to give up, so he's going to use his magic with the rave master's. The two of them head back to Miel, where haru thanks them for patching him up, and rave says he'll borrow his power to do the same thing. He's not going to give in, though, because he knows that if haru uses too much rave or too little magic, his regeneration won't come back. Ooh, that's kind of a bummer. He wants to know what's up, but he can't figure out how to do it without the help of the other guy. So, he tells us, they're going to have to fight it out.
