In this chapter, we learn that Petruchio is still loyal to the king, even though he has been exiled from the empire. He explains that he is able to harness the power of the human body, which he calls the "Type 56" or "Dark Beast" . He says that he has fused the beast with a human baby, and that the baby is now 2.5 times as strong as the old one. He tells us that he will never give up his power.
