The rave master is angry at the rain, which has been pouring down all day. He tells the children that they should stop the rain and bring it back to the village. He wonders if they are looking for an alien, an insect, or an elemental master. He explains that the elemental master controls fire, water, and earth, and is supposed to be able to do so at will. The rain stops, and the sky is beautiful. Rosa says that she will rebuild the village and that the rain was the "dark bring" that turned the rave master into a corrupt man. She says that the sun has made him look like a cute puppy.
