The ship's cannon is still intact, but it's not as powerful as it used to be. The cannon's range is too long for it to cut through the flesh of a human being, so it can only cut off a small portion of a person's body. Still, the cannon is a gift from elie to the ship, and the two of them share a "deep bond" . They're so close that they can hear each other's voices even when they are so far apart. They can't wait to kill elie, though, because the next time they see her face, they'll be able to kill her. The ship has been attacked by the enemy's DC forces, but they've run out of time to attack, so they're going to attack on their own. Meanwhile, the reina's army has disappeared, leaving the ship without a single soldier. The only thing that's left of the ship is the sub, which seems to have broken down. Everyone's headed for the surface.
