Everyone is back on board the Oni's ship, except for Enoshima, who's still on the other side of the wall. Enoshima thanks everyone for coming back, but he's got a message for the mermaids: He's going to kill them all. He says he'll do it on his own, and he promises to bring back the glasses that he took from the mermaid. He also says that he can't let Enoshima die, because he can do it "on my own" . Oh, and by the way, he says, he hates thunder, so he won't be able to get rid of it any time soon. He'll just take off his glasses and go back to the river, where he can kill everyone again. The mermaids are happy to see him, and they're relieved to see that he doesn't have any enemies. They're also relieved that he has found a way to bring them all back together again, since they've been separated for so long. They all agree that it's time to get away from each other, and Enoshima and the other mermaids decide to test their new cannon on the sea monster, Syaoran.
