The rave master tells us that the city of rabarrier has been built in order to defend it from the demonoids. The battle has raged, but the battle is not yet won. He tells the rave master that he has to join forces with Solasido, Fua, and the others of the holy knights. He also tells him that he must help them defeat the rabarrier. The rave tells him to watch his tongue, because the lady demands his respect. He then tells the story of the demonoid leader, gale, who is rumored to possess a "dark bring." The rave says that he cannot give him the rave unless he joins forces with the other demonoid leaders. He asks the lady if she is saying this is her fault. She says that she is not saying it is anyones fault, but she does know that something is going on. She asks the rave to stay with her until she returns, and he tells her that he is the one who wins them all their money.
