Doryu is a monster, the rave master says, and they've got to beat him before he can get back at them. They can't stop him, he says, because everyone's got their own strength and courage, and no one else can stop them. Doryu's going to be furious when he learns that his guards didn't do their job, and that means that celia won, poyo says. He's even meaner than that, and he's not going to let this go on to him. He leaves, and poyo tells him to go ahead without him, because he and Doryu have unfinished business. They're going to have to find a way for elie to get back to them, and then they'll have to rescue her while they go to confront Doryu. They decide to use the head of a child of light to attack Doryu, but poyo reminds them that they're just looking at a guy who beat the king, not at a monster. He says that since then, he has beaten even the king with equal power. He tells them that the darkness within him is so great that it won't be able to get rid of it. He warns them to watch out for the next monster to attack, because the real absorption of the monster's power is coming soon, and it'll be harder for him to resist. He eats the head, and says that the next one will break him.
