In this chapter, we learn that the gang is in the middle of a fight against the giraffe, and that Hiro has broken his hand and leg. Hiro tells the gang that he's going to break his arm and leg when he gets back from fighting the giraffe. Hiro says that he thinks the giraffe will be able to defeat Hiro, but that Hiro can't even finish the fight. Hiro's broken leg means that Hiro is going to have to leave the fight, and Hiro says goodbye to everyone.
