In this short scene, Eno delivers a soliloquy about the power of fire and water. He compares water to a shield, and points out that his power is "flow" with the flow of "six star zero stream" . Eno then launches into a long speech about how he is the most powerful man on the face of the earth, and that he can do anything he wants with his power.
