The voice of the symphonia is heard, and it tells Nestor that he must go to the castle. Nestor says that he is not sure he wants to go, because he has a "really important secret" to tell , and that it will be all right, since he will always be elie to them. He tells Nestor to get ready for the land, because they have no idea where they are going. Nestor tells him that they risked their lives in the storm to get there, and he says that it seems their journey was "for naught" . Nestor asks if he can tell them anything, and Nestor says he is making a "map of every thing" , which makes him feel a little uncomfortable. He says that elie does not look as good as she did when he first saw her, and they cant do anything to her anymore, because her body cant take it anymore. Nestor tries to reassure him, saying that they will find a way to help , but Nestor says, "a little farther" will not do them much good, since they will have to believe that , not him, is the one who loves elie.
