Doryu's ghost attack squad arrives on the battleship. He welcomes them with open arms. He tells them that his friends are now part of darkness, and he wants them back. He says that ruby was originally his friend, and that elie will prove to be useful. Doryu says that he will kill the rave master and then he will reveal to him the true darkness of the world. He explains that etherion is the magic of creation, and destruction if it is used, the world will be destroyed. He adds that he has used etherion to kill elie since she has come to terms with her past. He asks one of his minions to come face him in the sanctum and kill him.
