In this chapter, we find out that the rave master is still alive. He's just been stabbed in the guts by a brat named Shiba, but he's not dead yet. We learn that Shiba is using the power of the demon card to destroy cities and cultures all over the world. Shiba's got a message for Shiba: he'll have to kill him before he can use the magic of the rave to destroy a city. He tells Shiba to go back to his shop and tell her what's going on. He also tells her that the government needs to hand over all of the weapons that are using the "power of dark bring" , because they're destroying all of this culture and all of these different cultures. He says that if Shiba wants to go on a quest, he should go home and tell his wife that he wants to come back and save the island. But Shiba doesn't seem to want to leave her, so he tells her to just answer him. He adds that he'd like to see weapons like the rave used by the government, because it's destroying all the cultures on the island and killing all the people. He then shows Shiba the power that he has to change his body into metal, which he says is the same power that the dark bring uses to destroy cultures and cities. He warns Shiba that if they don't stop using the magic, there'll be war.
