The two bear cubs finally make it to their destination, but not before they're interrupted by the "fiery bear" who has stolen the staff from the girl's room. The bear thinks he's going to run away, but the girl insists that he shouldn't be pushing himself too hard, especially since she's a girl. She's also worried that the bear is going to kill her, but she doesn't want to kill him now. She wants to kill the bear now, but he says he'll try to turn her into a machine if he can. He's already tried this with branch, but it's not going to work, because the bear's heart isn't strong enough to fight with a broken bone.
