About This Chapter
Back on board the capsule, the crew prepares to go back to Earth. They've already made a hole in the capsule's hull, and they're going to seal it up with a hardener to keep the capsule from getting too big. Before they do this, though, they need to get the crew's stitches out so they can examine the capsule. The crew is worried about the capsule landing, but they decide to go ahead and do it anyway. They don't want the capsule to get caught in strong winds during the landing, so they seal the hole on their side of the capsule and hope that the capsule doesn't get caught by the wind. They also want to make sure that if the capsule gets caught in a storm, it won't cause any damage to the body during the EVA. They decide to take a look at the Earth and see how big the hole is.
