Back on the lunar surface, the crew inspects and runs maintenance on the capsule's machinery. They're about to board the return capsule and go back to Earth, so they need to make sure everything's ready to go. One of the machines, the kiln, doesn't have enough power to heat up the stuff on board, so it's causing an explosion. The crew has a spare oxygen tank that they can turn on remotely, but they don't know how to use it since the valves are jammed. The astronauts are about to leave for Earth, and they'll be gone for another two months. Back at the capsule, Peter tells the crew that his mom and dad have started a new pottery-making business on the other side of the moon. Peter's not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but he's happy to hear it.
