In this chapter, Tommo explains that they've got a bunch of surveillance cameras on the bus. They're going to a secret location, and they don't want to tell you the time, location, or even the name of the place. They just want to know what's going on. Tommo asks if anyone else has noticed that he's got cameras on him, and he says they're all watching to see what Tommo is up to. He also says that they can't tell him where the secret location is, because it's "off the scale" . He asks if he can cut his fidgety "crap" , and Tommo says he'll do it. He tells us that the test has already started, and that each person will get a number and move to the next seat on the list. Then they'll exchange numbers with each other, and each will get to talk for ten minutes. Then everyone will move to a different seat in the list, and everyone will talk to someone else for the rest of the time.
