About This Chapter
The next morning, the crew prepares to leave for Darnay's home in France. They send a message to Darnay saying that they'll be back in a few hours. They also send him a picture of the sun, which he's been using to power the telescope. He's happy to see it, though, because he thinks it's a good sign that he and Darnay are good friends. They're about to go to sleep, but then they hear that the sun is up again, and they're ready to go back to work.
