In this short scene, the crew talks about the difficulty of landing on the lunar surface. They've missed a lot of training, and now they're going to have to land on the moon's surface by itself. The guys are bummed out, but they've got to go ahead and do it anyway. The only thing they can do is make sure that the landing pad is in the correct place, and that they don't get caught in a "green card" , which is when the capsule is supposed to land in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is why they have to go back to the original landing pad, and the guys have to figure out a way to get the heck out of this "trap" .
