In this chapter, we learn that the doctor is not going to help Hiroshi, and that Hiroshi is going to have to fight himself. Hiroshi says that he's going to squash the doctor himself, but Hiroshi isn't going to let him do it. He wants Hiroshi to try to help him, and Hiroshi agrees. He says that the smart will survive on this island, because only the smart can survive. He tells Hiroshi that they're not different from each other, because they just pulled through getting to this point. They've each been rescued by their comrades, and they didn't leave a single one behind. They haven't abandoned or left a person behind, because their comrades always lend strength to their comrades. In the end, they all betrayed one another, and it was Hiroshi who wrote down their names. He's done playing with them, and he wants to kill them all. He doesn't want to kill his friends anymore, so he tells them to kill the females if they want. He also tells them that he can't do it on his own, because Hiroshi has given him an order to kill all of them if he wants.
