Hiroyuki, akira, and rion begin their "test" of their strength. They're going to kill Selia, but they don't know how to do it, since she's already failed the test. Hiroyuki says he's going to stab Selia in the guts. Akira says she'll stab Hiroyuki in the back, too, but Hiroyuki doesn't want to do that. He's just not strong enough to stab a guy who's not even a threat to himself. They go back to the beginning of the tunnel, and Hiroyuki and Akira say they'll try a different one this time. They realize that they've gone too far, and they're worried that they might get lost. They ask Akira if he has a stash of magazines that he keeps under his bed, and he says he does, because he keeps getting mad when he tries to organize them. He says he kept stopping him, but he kept playing the magazines all night, and then he got up in the morning and kept playing them all day. They all go off to check out what's happened, and akira says they should be on their guard, since a madman might be nearby. They find out that six people are on the island, including Akira, Hiroyuki , and Selia.
