The gang asks Tommo if he wants to go with them to see what's going on with Nishi Kiori. Tommo says he doesn't want to go because he's afraid that he'll be accused of something. He tells the gang that he was accused of lifting a magazine out of a convenience store a year ago. The manager of the store was a jerk, and when Tommo tried to argue for himself, he got into a fistfight with the manager. That's when sensei ran with the gang to defend him, and that's how they ended up on the island. Tommmo says that he has a similar story to tell. He pretended to be dead in the pool once, and the swim instructor saved him with that. But that day, he was wearing a fashionable outfit. He's sure that this will be the same story with sensei.
