In this chapter, Kichi and Akira return to the camp. Kchi asks Akira to tell him anything he wants to know. Akira tells him that they have come on a mission, to deliver something of value to him, but that the mission has ended and that he is now free to do whatever he wants with his life. He tells Akira that he has been thinking about how to save Mina and that there might be a way to do so. He says that he can do so by sneaking up on the others and surprise them. He is glad that he made it back safely, because he had been waiting for them for two weeks.
