The chapter opens with a flashback to the previous chapter, in which Mami tells the flight attendant that she has a premonition that something terrible is about to happen. The flight attendant tells Mami that she should try and find out what she can do to help the girl. Mami says that she can't do anything for the girl because she's so useless. She also says that the girl is unlikely to listen to a girl like her. She adds that she'll be sending in a flight attendant to try and help her. When Mami complains that she wasn't a part of the conspiracy, she says that it's because she didn't help in any way. She says that after that conversation, they're on everyone's radar. She's shocked to find out that she was the one who had to do the dirty work. She wonders why she has to do it. She thinks that the jerks around the Mexican border must have seen her naked. She realizes that she messed things up by trying to peek into the girl's room, but she doesn't believe her manager, who says that there's nothing wrong with Mami. She asks if she should worry about the brat from the other group, and she says she won't.
