The group is on their way back to the school, and Miina is worried about what's going to happen to her and her brother. Miina tries to get her brother to come with her, but he won't listen. She tells him that she's worried about him, too, because when he told her he was a boy, he became even more interested in her. She asks him if he can whisper to her that she should come with him, and he says he'll go off with Miina, but she better behave, because he's not going to listen to her. He tells her that the group has gotten too big, and that they're going to have to do some "exploration patrols" to find out if there's anything dangerous in the area. He's planning to go, but Miina tells him not to worry, because it's just a "lottery" , and everyone who wins gets to come along with them. They're all heading back to school, Miina says, and they've been wandering around the area ever since the accident. They see a group of college students, but they don't know who they are.
