The next morning, Hiroyuki and Co., the two young men who discovered the underground world, return to their hotel. Hiroyuki tells them that he has been hit in the head with a rock. He is okay, but Co. has been stabbed numerous times. Co. wonders who stabbed him, and he thinks that it was Hiroyuki's unruly hair that made them fall in love with each other. The two men cross over to the other side of the river, where they find that the rock they were talking about is actually a giant cave.
