In this chapter, we learn that the Golden Panda is still alive, and that he's not dead yet. He's just waiting for his son to die so that he can give him a bird to fly with. The Golden Panda gives the bird to his son, and the two of them play with it. When the Panda realizes that the bird is his brother, he curses his son for not being strong enough to play with the bird. He curses the Panda's father for not breaking the stone to open the door to the bird's cage. The Panda tells his father to break the stone for him. He tells his son that the Heaven King, one of ten ancient kings, has two skills: the left eye, which is the lightning eye, and his right eye, the magic pupil. The lightning eye is the ability to convert space. The magic pupil is the same skill that the Emperor had when he was a king. The only problem is that the lightning eyes can't convert space, which means that they'll have to learn the other skill, the Magic Space Pupil, in the future. This is why the Panda has left a stone to help his son learn the Magic Pupil.
