In this short scene, the kitten tells Mr. Claus that he has a heart-breaking secret. He tells him that he can't bear to see him suffer because he's still a silly little kitten. He begs him to let him sleep one night so that he'll be able to recover from his illness. He also tells him to stop being so cruel to him. He says that if he doesn't accept his feelings for him, then he won't be as nice to him as he would be to a normal person. He then tells the kitten that he still has to deliver dreams for the other kittens.
